Welcome to LincStation software services (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"). This agreement is made between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and the provider of the LincStation software services (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "LincStation"), and it has contractual effect. Users should carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this agreement before downloading, installing, registering, logging in, or using the software and related services.
By clicking confirm, or by actual use of the software, the user is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with any content of this agreement, please stop using the software and related services immediately.
The Software is only applicable to LincStation devices installed with the LincOS system and provides the following auxiliary functions:
Automatic discovery and connection of devices;
LAN and remote network penetration access;
File browsing, transfer, playback, and management;
Multimedia services and system-level linkage control.
We reserve the right to adjust and update software features and services based on laws, regulations, and product optimization needs, and will notify users within an appropriate scope. When such adjustments do not significantly affect user rights, separate user consent is not required.
The software does not fall under the mandatory personal information collection category as specified in the "Scope of Necessary Personal Information for Common Types of Mobile Internet Applications". However, it may legally collect the following necessary information to implement certain functions:
Network information (used for device discovery and communication);
Configuration parameters required for remote access;
Temporary cache data during file transfers;
Runtime parameters required for multimedia playback.
To ensure normal operation of features, the software may request system permissions, including but not limited to:
Local network access;
File read/write permissions;
Camera and microphone permissions (only when the user actively uses related features);
Location permissions (for Bluetooth/Wi-Fi device discovery).
Before invoking permissions, we will obtain explicit user authorization via system prompts or pop-ups. Users may refuse or revoke authorization at any time in the device settings, but refusal may result in limited or abnormal function availability.
The software supports anonymous usage, allowing users to complete most functions without registration.
By registering an account or binding a device, users obtain the following rights:
Query, correct, or delete personal data;
Adjust authorization scope;
Cancel accounts and erase all associated data.
We provide convenient channels for these actions, as detailed in the "Privacy Policy". We will protect users' legal rights during data processing in accordance with the law.
Users have the right to use the legitimate services provided by the software under the premise of complying with laws and this agreement.
Users must not engage in the following:
Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the software, servers, or systems;
Circumventing security measures, cracking verification mechanisms, or maliciously obtaining unauthorized resources;
Reverse engineering, decompilation, cloning, or infringing on intellectual property rights of the software;
Using the software for any illegal or criminal activities.
Users are responsible for managing their personal devices and system permission settings and bear full responsibility for their actions. If any security vulnerabilities or anomalies are found, users should contact us promptly.
We will take industry-standard technical and management measures to protect the security and integrity of user information and prevent data leakage, tampering, loss, or unauthorized access.
These measures include but are not limited to: encrypted data transmission, access control, security audits, and vulnerability repair mechanisms.
Users understand and agree that the software relies on relevant hardware and network environments for its services. We shall not be held responsible for service interruptions or data loss due to the following uncontrollable causes:
Network failures or device malfunctions;
User misoperation or illegal device intrusion;
Service interruptions or anomalies caused by third parties;
Losses caused by force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, fires, wars, policy changes, hacker attacks).
We are not liable for third-party content generated during the use of the software. However, if such content is suspected to be illegal, we have the right to take action or cooperate with law enforcement.
We may modify this agreement based on changes in laws or operational needs and will publicly announce the updates via the software interface or official website.
The revised agreement shall take effect upon announcement. Continued use of the software by the user will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms. If the user disagrees, they should stop using the software.
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved first through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court located where the software service provider is based.

Titles in this agreement are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
If any clause is deemed invalid, the rest of the agreement remains effective.
The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to LincStation.
